Why I started
Allena Virtual Assisting was born out of a desire for more balance—for myself and for others. As a mom to a young family and a business owner, I know firsthand how hard it is to manage everything without burning out. Allena Virtual Assisting was created to give people the kind of support that anyone who has survived burnout wishes they could have had.
Who I am
My name is Allena Graciani
Hey there!
I’m an Alaska-based Administrative Service Provider with a passion for organization, planning, and purposeful support. I’m goal-oriented, solution-driven, and committed to helping others work with more clarity and confidence.
Before launching my business, I spent over seven years supporting a wide range of private and nonprofit organizations in roles such as Executive Administrative Professional, Program Assistant, and Director of First Impressions. That experience gave me a strong foundation in managing operations, supporting teams, and creating systems that truly make a difference.
While I enjoyed working in traditional settings, I realized I could have an even greater impact by building a business that serves both my family and other family-centered, mission-driven professionals. There’s something deeply rewarding about helping others grow their businesses, stay present with their loved ones, and thrive in their communities—and I’m honored to be a part of that journey.
